A little about me!

Hello, my name is Wren! I am a storyboard artist who enjoys learning pretty much everything under the sun. Hope that your day is going well!

As I started out unsure of where I was heading, I tried a little bit of everything, and loved it all! I am now proficient at oil painting, acrylic painting, gouache, printmaking, scientific illustrations, storyboarding, prop design, environment design, character design, sculpture, ceramics, woodworking, metal foundry, fiction writing, 2D animation, experimental animation, film, and 3D animation, among other things. I am currently working on some new and improved storyboards, as well as learning python to code experimental animation on a raspberry pi.

I am fluent in Japanese, have studied arachnology for ten years, and enjoy reading and cooking in my free time. I have a timid little daughter named Mimi who happens to be a ball python, and I room with an assembly of very beloved and slightly wilted plants. My apartment looks like if Doc Brown set up his lab in Minnie Mouse’s club house. My favorite places to go are libraries, thrift stores and museums.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out, neither I nor my daughter bite!
